We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Embroidery Cleaning Supervisor to lead the embroidery cleaning team and ensure that all embroidered products meet the company’s quality standards before entering the finishing stage.

Job Overview

The Embroidery Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the embroidery cleaning process, ensuring that all embroidered hats are properly cleaned, assessed, and prepared before moving to the finishing department. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring production flow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring accurate reporting of production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations of the embroidery cleaning team.
• Conduct daily team briefings and communicate production targets.
• Allocate tasks to staff and manage workflow within the cleaning section.
• Ensure all embroidered hats are properly cleaned, flamed, and inspected before moving to the finishing department.
• Assess cleaned units and classify them as acceptable, repairable, or rejected.
• Ensure rejected units are properly separated and recorded for Quality Assurance inspection.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, defects, and rejects.
• Monitor hourly production output and address delays or operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure staff comply with safety requirements and wear the required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
• Report daily production results and operational updates to management.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and other departments to maintain production flow.

Minimum Requirements
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality defects.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in textile, garment, embroidery, or related manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
