We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA facility. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient service delivery, managing cleaning teams, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily operations of the cleaning and sanitation services division. Manage, train, and motivate a large team of cleaning staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards. Develop and implement efficient work schedules and resource allocation plans. Monitor service quality and client satisfaction, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within all operational areas.
