Job Description
Our client, a reputable provider of electrical services, is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join their team as Apprentice Electricians. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in the electrical trade, gaining hands-on experience and formal training in Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA . You will work alongside experienced electricians, learning all aspects of electrical installation, maintenance, and repair across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Responsibilities:
Assist qualified electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components. Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Perform basic electrical tasks such as wiring, conduit bending, and panel installation under supervision. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards. Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying faults. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly cared for. Participate actively in on-the-job training and classroom instruction as part of the apprenticeship program. Develop a strong understanding of electrical theory and practical application. Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced electricians accurately. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding work progress and any issues encountered. Contribute to a safe and productive work environment. Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. A strong aptitude for practical, hands-on work and a mechanical inclination. Good physical health and the ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights when required. Basic understanding of mathematics and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and listening skills. A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Willingness to learn and commitment to completing the apprenticeship program successfully. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions diligently. Must be able to commute reliably to the worksite in Polokwane, Limpopo, ZA . Previous exposure to trades or technical subjects is an advantage, but not essential.
