Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
• Accredited Electrician Trade Test Certificate
• Knowledge of Municipal Electrical Distribution Network
• Valid code C1 Driver’s license with PrDP
• 2 Years relevant experience plus 1-year practical apprenticeship

Core Responsibilities:
• Installation and commissioning of LV, MV and HV electrical equipment to provide infrastructure.
• Maintenance, refurbishment, and repair of LV, MV and HV electrical distribution networks to sustain uninterrupted service.
• Inspection, maintenance, and replacement of LPU electricity meters.
• Perform general ad hoc functions for Artisan Test Electrician.
• Inspection, maintenance, and replacement of current and voltage transformer connected electricity meters.
• Maintenance of the electrical wiring installation of substations and Energy Distribution Unit related buildings.
• Comply with organisational policies and safety regulations as a requirement of the OHS Act.
• Execute administrative and general duties to promote productivity and service delivery.
• Provide effective and efficient management and apply good work ethics.
