Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities

· Conduct theoretical/practical classes as per the qualification requirements.

· Organize relevant curricular activities to ensure that the subject, learning area of the learners are conducted in a proper manner.

· Assess and record the attainment of learners.

· Assist with the issuing and management of learning resources and equipment.

· Monitor the Work placement for students.

· Report and account for student performance in their programmes.

· Record and report on absenteeism and perform other relevant duties within the ambit of teaching and learning.

· Prepare formative and summative assessments and practical tasks.

· Manage student’s attendance and administration of their documents.

· Record and report on learners’ academic progress.

· Conduct workplace monitoring for all learners.

· Establish classroom environment which stimulates positive learning and actively engages learners in the learning process.

Qualifications

· National Diploma, N6 or any relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering.

· Must be a qualified Artisan – Red Seal.

· Assessor and Moderator certification for Generic Management Qualification on NQF Level 4

Work experience

· Minimum of 3 years relevant industrial experience.

· Computer literacy (MS Office packages/Management Information System).
