Job Description
Introduction

Quatro Security Services is a fully integrated security services company providing manned guarding, electronic security, offsite monitoring, risk management and technology-driven security solutions.

We require an experienced Security Risk Manager for a high-risk logistics and warehousing environment in Johannesburg. This is a senior operational role focused on cargo protection, access control, vehicle verification, CCTV oversight, incident management, compliance and client reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:
• Manage headcount, rosters, CIIMS and ATEX integration, site training and operational efficiencies to deliver a profitable, compliant and client-centric security service.
• Manage daily site security operations.
• Supervise security officers and supervisors.
• Control access for staff, visitors, contractors and drivers.
• Verify vehicles, drivers, trailers, seals and cargo-related documents.
• Monitor high-risk cargo movements, collections and dispatches.
• Identify and prevent risks linked to cargo theft, false documentation and internal collusion.
• Review CCTV, alarms and access control performance.
• Investigate incidents and compile professional reports.
• Maintain site security files, risk registers and audit records.
• Liaise with the client, QSS management, NOC, SAPS and emergency services.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• PSIRA Grade A.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years’ security management experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Clear criminal record.
• Computer literate.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Able to manage people and work under pressure.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, freight, cargo, transport, mining or industrial security will be an advantage.
