Minimum Requirements:
• Grade C PSIRA registration (minimum)
• Valid Crowd Control Management Certification
• Previous experience in crowd management / event security
• Good communication and conflict handling skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Physically fit and presentable
• Clear criminal record
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and controlling crowds in a safe and professional manner
• Monitoring access control points
• Preventing and responding to incidents
• Ensuring safety of staff, clients, and members of the public
• Following all site procedures and company policies
• Completing occurrence books and incident reports accurately

Advantageous:
• Firearm competency
• Driver’s licence
• Event security experience
