FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant & Banquet operations

Manage and supervise F&B staff to provide efficient service to guests

Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customers' requests and complaints
• Achieve the monthly Food & beverage target and creating attractive promotions Promote the brand in the local community through word of mouth and Banquet events
Required Qualifications
• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions.

Possess minimum 4 years' experience in similar capacity in star class hotel.

Ability to work under pressure in a highly personalized service environment.

Strong leadership, motivational and people's skills.
• Age below 45 years
