Administration Officer

We are manufacturers & exporters of commercial refrigeration equipment, food display cabinets & stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment with international standards over 30+ years.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling Marketing Meeting & Production Meeting
• Following Minutes and Monitoring Work
• Monitoring Raw Material Availability
• Maintain Minimum Stock Level
• Monitoring New Quotation and Ensure Timely Sending
Requirements:
• Should have similar working experience in the same industry or equivalent
• Age should be 45+ years
• Contract basis: 4 working days per week
