RESTAURANT MANAGER
Tunnel Lounge is one of the leading restaurants in Mt. Lavinia with a variety of mouth-watering dishes and eye-catching locations, including the bar. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards by the Restaurant and Bar.
• Manage all aspects of the Restaurant and Bar operations.
• Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served. Ensure assets are accounted for with proper inventory management and audit checks.
• Review feedback from guests and take proactive steps to improve event handling and customer's dining experience.
• Improve service trainings for the team.
• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all team members to discuss improvements.
• Ensure operational budgets and cost controls are adhered to.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
