Community Development Assistant - 04 Position (NuwaraEliya District -Noorwood Division)

Role overview Community Development Assistant is responsible to implement organization's community level programs in assigned locations in tea plantation communities and ensuring beneficiary active participation.
Requirements

GCE A/L and Diploma in Social work

3 years experience in working in the social service and with a nonprofit agency, preferably community organization.

Good Skill of keep effective coordinates with community and stakeholders.

Computer proficiency in general office software applications (word, Excel, Outlook)

Outstanding written and oral communication skill in English, fluency in local language Tamil is a must.
• Must be able to travel to program location where applicable.

Filed visit to ensure child presence program implementation and conduct community awareness.
