RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the design, functionality, and performance of the brand's eCommerce website to ensure a seamless shopping experience. • Develop strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize online sales through various channels such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Monitoring & Managing the online warehouse.
• Oversee online communication channels, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
• Analyzing key metrics and performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to optimize eCommerce operations.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
