Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Assistant Chef at Nanalal ice cream and fast food located in Wankaner. As an Assistant Chef, you will help the head chef with food preparation tasks, maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen, ensure that food is cooked to perfection, and follow recipes and presentation specifications. You will also help with ordering and maintaining inventory, and managing the kitchen staff.

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a cook or assistant chef in a restaurant or cafe setting
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation principles
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time
• High school diploma or equivalent
