Key Task & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall plant operation, lead the entire team to maintain excellent EHS, 5S and operational excellence culture to achieve organisational goals.
• He/she will be responsible for merchandising operations for manufacturing bricks and other products as per organisational needs.
• He/She will be responsible for maintaining product costing through industrial improvement projects on a continual basis
• Maintain conducive relations with local community and Govt officials.
• Better coordination with internal ( including global team ) & external stakeholder

Essential or Preferred Qualifications:
• B.E/B.Tech or Masters in Ceramic , Chemical , Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Preference will be given for candidates having an additional qualification of M.B.A degree

Experience:
• Professional with a background of 15-20 years of experience in an industrial site operating ideally in the field of Refractories / Ceramics .
