Ibex, a global client of ours, is currently seeking to hire a Collections/Concierge Associate for their Pakistan office.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all Vendor Payment Requests and ensure the completion and accuracy of all information.
• Successfully remit payments to our vendors for services rendered.
• Manage incoming agent emails for any questions or follow-ups to active, pending, or executed VPRs.
• Invoice clients for completed Concierge projects upon an acceleration event.
• Assist the At-Risk team in collections outreach for outstanding Concierge invoices and coordinate payments for these invoices from our clients.
