• Procure items for client orders and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with Warehouse team for order fulfillment and inventory management
• Analyze and resolve customer order issues
• Maintain optimal inventory levels
• Communicate delays and issues to stakeholders
• Maintain platform accuracy through proper processes
