• Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements related to fixed assets, leases, insurance, and other financial activities.
• Fixed Asset Management: Oversee the capitalization of fixed assets, compute depreciation, and ensure that fixed assets purchased are within budgetary constraints.
