Overview:

As a Collection Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the resolution, rollback, and normalization of accounts to ensure timely settlement and pre-NDC conversions. Your primary responsibility will be to meet business targets by capturing accurate feedback, maintaining trails in the collection system, and providing appropriate attempt intensity on accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing accurate reason codes, feedback, and following up on exception cases. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage collections processes to achieve business objectives.
