**Job Summary**:
- Daily planning and dispatch of finished goods through authorized transporters on time.
- He will ensure proper documentation and release of trucks with all proper required documents like GST invoice, LR,TC, Despatch instruction (if any).
• *Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Export and Domestics Billing activities in SAP.
- Maintain good housekeeping & 5S of workplace. He should have good EHS Knowledge.
- Preparing daily/Monthly reports & documentation for audit purposes.
- Daily & monthly stock taking and ensure stock balance.
- Export sales activities. i.e. Container stuffing, CFS stuffing, Proof of export & It’s related documentation
- Providing necessary documents to our Customers (i.e. Test Certificate, Invoice copy LR copy etc.)
• *Job Scope**:
Education and Experience requirements:
- Experience: 4 - 5 yrs
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/MBA Degree in any discipline
