Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at G Suites Hotel By AMITHYA located in Surabaya. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating HR processes and activities, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
