Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Interior Designer at ByDesignWorks. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver creative design solutions, creating detailed design plans and presentations, and overseeing the implementation of designs. This role is located in Surabaya with flexibility for some remote/hybrid work.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a senior role
• Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, D5, Lumion/similar
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
