We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our team at Treatstock. Our Russian corporate office is located in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan.

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for:
• Assisting the CEO in creating and distributing various project documents, RFP, reports, briefs, preliminary schedules and budget book keeping.
• Coordinating and participating in project team meetings and assisting in documenting/updating tasks and issues list and project schedules
• Filing and keeping track of various legal documents concerning trademarks.
• Communicating with the legal and accounting teams.
• Effectively and accurately communicating relevant project information to partners and the project team.
• Keeping the CEO and others informed about projects’ status and issues that may impact client relations.
• Maintaining relationship with the team and partners.
• Performing a variety of other tasks
