☆ Description:
-Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints; identify the cause of the problem; make repairs or adjustments; monitoring to ensure resolution
-Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information, processing customer adjustments.
-Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information,
Inputting data into the bank system for payment processing timely and efficiently.
☆ Requirements:
-Vietnamese.
-Graduated.
-Good communication & team work skill.
-Good command of various computer programs and applications.
-Fluent in English or Mandarin.
