Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or commercial role.
• Experience leading people and teams.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience creating and implementing sales strategies with customers.
• Experience building performing teams through coaching and frequent, high-quality feedback, and role modeling a growth mindset.
• Ability to take ownership for decisions, secure support, and remove key obstacles.
• Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Effective at influencing others, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Previous SMB/Scaled selling experience desired.
