Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience working in sales and commercial leadership.
• Experience in sales and management within the technology, advertising, and/or Internet industry.
• Experience managing business growth performance in Vietnam markets.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working in foreign, multinational, and highly matrixed organizations.
• Experience working with Vietnam media, business, and political channels, with developed relationships within the advertising and technology players in the region.
• Experience working within cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-growing business environment.
• Ability to take initiative and work toward business goals.
• Excellent analytical and thought leadership skills.
