Role Description

This is a full-time Front Office Executive role at The creek boutique resort located in Bolpur Santiniketan. Front Office Executive will be responsible for welcoming guests, answering phone calls, making reservations, assisting with check-in and check-out, processing payments and providing excellent customer service to guests at all times.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service or in the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail

Ability to handle cash and perform basic accounting tasks accurately

Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation software
