Role Description

The Creek Boutique Resort & Spa, located in Bolpur Santiniketan, is seeking a full-time Front Office Manager for an on-site position. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the front desk, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and supervising front desk staff. The Front Office Manager is also responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, identifying opportunities to improve guest experience, and maintaining the high standards of the resort.

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and any local languages spoken in the area.
