Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gudiyatham for a Salesperson at LR CCTV Camera. The Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, and negotiating and closing deals. The Salesperson will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the CCTV camera industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
