Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Flic-en-Flac. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising front office operations, including the reception area and guest services. The Front Office Manager will also ensure the highest level of customer service, communicate effectively with other hotel departments, and maintain business records.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of hotel operation systems such as Opera
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and be able to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with legal regulations related to the hospitality industry
• Fluency in English, French and other languages is a plus
