Job Description
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes for the digital wallet business to improve efficiency and manage costs.
• Work closely with Sales and distribution team to ensure operations from customers, network (agent/merchants) are working smoothly.
• Guarantee with your team the well performances of network operations including funding/refunding, manage the services operations from 3rd party partners, reconciliations, settlement.
• Work directly with business teams to identify operational pain points and provide workable solutions.
• Align compliance, legal, finance and other departments for key processes to manage overall digital wallet operations.
• Ensure high levels of quality and customer experience through designing efficient support processes and procedures.
• Provide oversight of digital wallet operations and act as a point of escalation for the team and its stakeholders.
