The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities
• Recruit and Onboard new hires
• Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, growth, and retention.
• Coordinate performance appraisal process with team leads and department heads
• Collaborate with managers to identify professional development opportunities and career paths.
• Support company benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided to employees while managing relationships with related suppliers.
• Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Develop and update HR policies as necessary.
