Responsibilities

1) Lead, motivate, and support the entire team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.

2) Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.

3) Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to CEO.

4) Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.

5) Be engaged in the product’s launches and event planning for clients.

6) Oversee materials and inventory.

7) Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.

8) Maintain constant communication with staff, management, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
