Job Title: Production Manager (Fashion Industry)

Location: Lagos Island

Salary: 150,000-200,000

Job Description:

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the garment production process. You will work closely with our external creatives, sales team, and inventory department, monitor quality control, meet production deadline date and optimize production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, can manage a team of over 40 tailors, excellent organizational skills, guide complex design, production management and proven experience in tailoring experience. Having skills in pattern drafting and designing collections is considered an additional advantage.
