Reporting directly to the SVP HR Talent, you will lead the Integrated Talent Management team, overseeing the design and delivery of adidas Talent products and processes. Your role is pivotal in fostering a growth and performance culture and creating global standards for our key talent lifecycle processes while also being instrumental in driving change, optimizing Integrated Talent Management with a particular focus on the product strategy and vision for Talent products, including delivery and enablement.

• Create global talent product strategy and vision and its delivery in close alignment with Global HR Strategy team
• Accountable for successful enablement, implementation, adoption, continuous improvement and documentation of our talent products and processes.
