Description

This position locates in Malaysia and headquarters at China. While as part of the Procurement team at china, you may also be expected to work with team on some topics as assigned from time to time.

As the sourcing and procurement manager, you will lead the procurement process re-engineering from start to end, including the marketing promotion activities, events and exhibitions for headquarters at China. Will work with functions to build up and drive the high efficiency procurement performance.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Strategy sourcing management:

Compulsory must expert handling the import and export cost from customs Malaysia and China.
Must know all the cost and tax for Malaysia - China
Identification of opportunities of indirect sourcing.
Work with Malaysia - China company region to touchdown the Malaysia - China procurement project and policy.
Standardize and Streamline the procurement process and work flow from Malaysia - China.
