• *HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CHINA
• * Prior experience as a project specialist, or a similar position with highers knowledge.
• *Excellent communication in Chinese and English and interpersonal skills.
• *Ability to create and manage budgets.
• *Excellent planning and time management skills because need to update everything to headquarter at China.

Provide lead supervision and training to assigned staffs responsibility for performing a wide variety skilled tasks regarding boiler pressure including installation, inspection, overhauls and maintenance of instruments such as heat reservoir, generator, steam turbine, condensate pump and others related accessories
