• *MUST HAVE MORE THEN 15+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
• *HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CHINA
• * Prior experience as a project specialist, or a similar position with highers knowledge.
• *Excellent communication in Chinese and English and interpersonal skills.
• *Ability to create and manage budgets.
• *Excellent planning and time management skills because need to update everything to headquarter at China.

Must know the entire process waste to energy to avoid any small or big issue that can effect to our headquarters in china.
Develop appropriate project development structures across the utility and assist in the identification of people and skills to populate the structures and support Capacity building initiatives.
Must have highers experience to handle the whole project of waste to energy
Assist with the development of Master Planning and Strategic planning processes procedures and structures.
