Job Role:
• Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections designated glassware, garnishes, preparation method/time, ingredients, portion sizes, presentation and prices
• Capable to conduct beverage inventories
• Setting up/closing down the bar
• High awareness in maintaining 5 star standards
• Demonstrate the sales and marketing knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
• Creates innovative drink concepts for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Assists with new product development efforts, custom and branded, from concept to commercialisation
• Responsible for creating gold standard presentation to customer

• Have a passion and flair for cocktail making, extensive knowledge of the classics
