Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Management of profitable and sustainable market share and sales growth in the respective defined BtB customer group, taking into consideration brand image in the key categories as well as the defined target group. Support the Director Sales Brand Partnership in strategic, European wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Support Key Accounts, in particular with regard to planning of sales targets and potential analysis, support conducting annual conversations and increasing sell-through, taking into consideration the above-mentioned targets.
• Maintain customer relationships and contribute to development of trust.
• Support the Director Sales in customer-oriented enforcement of adidas brand concepts and ensure brand presentation appropriate to a market leader at the POS (online and offline)
• Assist in the development of Account strategies, analysis and processing of sales figures and implementation of adidas marketing strategies.
