Duties & Responsibilities

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations Supervise and coach Team Leaders, Managers on weekly basis Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.

Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.

Work as part of the 24x7 Shift system on the IT Service Desk Answer calls & e-mails from our customers on the ITSD when workloads are high or during any reduced staffing levels Act as a point of escalation for queries from colleagues and as part of the Major Incident process.
