ColomboJob Responsibilities
• To provide information to their customer regarding their queries and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA.
• To comprehend the request of the customer and meet the quality standard.
• To provide periodic reports to Lead or Manager and assist him or her in organization level initiatives.
• To facilitate projects for process piloting, process tailoring and progress reviews.
• To do process trainings with new incumbents.
• To do process audits as per relevant quality standards.
• To escalate unresolved non conformances to Lead or Manager.
• Doing Transaction Monitoring for the process aligned to as per defined sample size.
• Sample Size calculation.
• Participation in all the Calibration Sessions internal as well as external.
• Identify the training needs of the associates and plan the deliverables.
• Drive improvement and give feedbacks to the associates.
