Job Description: Senior Executive (Operations)

Roles and Responsibility:

 Processing of placed orders/ generating invoices

 Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, AWB, E-Way

bills, etc., for ongoing shipments.

 Scan Barcodes for incoming and outgoing goods

 Responding/In territory to customer messages in e-commerce platforms.

 Coordinating with 3pl team to process the order on time.

 Coordinating with courier/ logistics partners to pickup/ Deliver the orders on time.

 Should be capable enough to close the provided tasks in the stipulated time.

 Placed orders to e dispatched not less than 24hrs of time.

 Maintaining 5s of the bay/area assign to them.

 Maintenance of shipping related documents

 Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with

customs brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents.

 Knowledge in Customs clearance
