Administration Assistant – Barwon – Parental Leave Cover

Your New Role – Administration Assistant
Employment Type – Full time, 12 months fixed term parental leave cover position
Location – You’ll be based in and support our Newtown hub, whilst also remotely supporting our Western Melbourne hubs
Salary – $25 – $31 per hour depending on experience

We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about customer service and relationship building. You will bring your ability, enthusiasm and energy to work in a dynamic, fast paced and changing environment to deliver a client focus whilst also managing relationships with multiple referral agencies being essential to the role.

You will also provide support to our Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists Speech Pathologists, Positive Behaviour Support and Key Workers to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.
