MHS in Port Fairy invites applications from qualified Chef's to join our Hotel Services team on an ongoing, full time basis with monthly accrued days off.

This role is not required to work nights or split shifts.

About the Role

As a Chef @ MHS you will :
• Plan, prepare and serve a menu of nutritious meals which are appropriate to a variety of age groups and health status.
• Assist to plan, develop and provide a menu on a weekly basis in accordance with current Food Safety regulations and Moyne Health Services' Food Safety Plan.
• Supervise and support staff in the provision of meals to residents, patients, staff, community members and volunteers.
• Ensure the cleaning of equipment, kitchen and storage areas is undertaken according to cleaning schedule.
• Maintain the kitchen environment and equipment in a safe and hygienic manner in accordance with Food Safety regulations, reporting any issues to the Head Chef.
