JOB DESCRIPTIONA Position Overview Position Title Relationship Manager – CSC Relationship Department CSC - Partnership Distribution Level/Band Executive Grade 205 Role Summary · Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through CSC’s Village level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) in 3-4 districts basis mapping in base state/other states. · Assist VLEs during policy login journey. · Ensure issuance of policies withing TAT by resolving all pending. · Relationship management with CSC Hierarchy, District Managers, and Insurance SPOC of CSC in the state/region. · Influence CSC District Managers (DMs) for majority wallet share in the district. · Provide MIS support to the DMs and Insurance SPOC.
