• Onsite service & training for dealers and internal team.
• Advise technical information related to hardware for customers’ issues.
• Cooperate with the sales team to design, live demo, and propose a suitable solution to customers.
• Work closely & support the sales team on the project which is in need of technical support.
• Conduct quality control and complaint resolution.
• Training for the team about technical matters and how to resolve NG issues from the barcode printer.
• Work with overseas to report about the NG issues and find out the countermeasure.
• Establish and maintain high customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report to Sales Manager for all technical activities
• Maintain levels of performance consistent with Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements
• Education: Technical University/College degree in Automation/Mechanism/Electronics
• Competent in computer and some common office application software
