One Earth Properties is in the look out of a Resort Manager for one of their Chain resorts located in Ernakulam district of Kerala

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Resort Manager. The Resort Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the resort, including customer satisfaction, customer service, property management, budgeting, and hiring. They will work closely with staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.Only people with 5-7 years experience in Food & Beverage will be preferred.

Qualifications
• Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service
• Knowledge of property management and budgeting
• Experience in hiring and managing staff
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
• 5+ years of experience in resort/hotel management
