Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Medical Assistants to provide comprehensive and timely medical guidance and support to patients over the phone.
• Assist Medical Assistants in delivering accurate and relevant medical information during phone consultations.
• Answer medical queries received by the call center, providing accurate and evidence-based information to patients.
• Assess patients' medical histories and symptoms, offering informed advice and recommendations to address their healthcare needs.
• Provide guidance to patients after consulting with healthcare providers, developing personalized treatment plans, and monitoring their progress.
