The Sr. Human Capital Business Partner is the focal point for all people and Human Capital activities related to Gabon area specific. This role partners with managers and employees to help deliver a range of HR strategies, programs and policies within the organization.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or commensurate experience

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in HR role

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Successful experience as an HR leader in oil & gas company is a plus

• Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially Employee and labor relations, Talent Acquisition and Employees benefits.

Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent team player, with leadership skills.

• Hands-on approach to work with strong sense of ownership and good business acumen

• Structured and responsible, with reliable communication with local management and other HC Teams
