Our client, a leading food and beverage company is hiring a Protocol and Hospitality Officer. The candidate would be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for employees on official trips, manage vendors for catering, clinic, and cleaning services, oversee laundry services and staff quarters allocation, organize hospitality for visiting delegations, and manage product and phone allocation to staff.

Responsibilities
• Process protocol and logistic support requests for personnel across the company in relation to travelling on local and international business (official) trips.
• Manage vendors providing catering, clinic and cleaning services, ensuring SLAs are met, risk is mitigated, and increased value is gained from all vendors.
• Manage the company’s laundry services to ensure timely delivery.
